Fresh Grill, applying this knowledge to a business dedicated to the development of the best tasting, highest quality fresh grilled and roasted vegetables available on the market. As word spread, demand outpaced production capacity and necessitated a move to a state of the art 60,000 square foot, company owned production facility.
Fresh Grill quickly became the leading producer of top quality, Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) roasted vegetables in the country. While maintaining the highest flavor, Fresh Grill Foods extended the tradition of innovation to industry leading safety and quality control processes.
In 2002, a group of senior foodservice professionals, led by Jeff Heavirland, impressed with the quality and uniqueness, purchased the company. Jeff vowed to maintain the same principles the company was founded on: customer satisfaction, flavor, visual appeal and safety.
Our proprietary grilling, roasting and flash freezing technology assures product yields up to 50% more than traditional frozen vegetables, namely by eliminating virtually all excess moisture. This means that both you and your customers get what you pay for - the highest quality, useable grilled vegetables possible - not water.
